I have a Balikbayan Box( contents: books for donation to a University )for shipping to the Philippines, with LBC Booking No....arranged through a Jinkie for pick-up on 4/9/22, between 9 am -1 pm. It is now 4/10/22 and no one has called when an LBC driver is actually coming to pick it up. Calling LBC's listed 800... is useless as Customer Reps kept saying they are still coordinating the matter. This is truly distressing as I have already arranged and paid helpers to put out the box outside our apartment yesterday morning as I cannot move the box myself being 78 and frail. Additionally our landlady wants the box in the hallway to be taken to the garbage area.
