We are looking to add a captain to our family. We own 4 vessels in Ninilchik Alaska. This is halfway between Soldotna and Homer. We offer our clients a shorter day of fishing for the same or better quality as our competitors. We fish everyday except most Wednesdays, and are almost fully booked for the 2022 summer. We are needing a captain with at least an OUPV but preferably a 25ton USCG Masters license. We want a team player who loves fishing and is willing to learn. We have many inexperienced clients and families that we cater to. We pride ourselves on bringing in good fish and utmost an amazing experience. Daily trip rate plus 50% tips split with deckhand Housing provided with completed contract
