KENSINGTON, MD — Montgomery County officials say Emily Sophia Lofgren has been located and is safe. (Original post) KENSINGTON, MD — The Montgomery County Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a missing Kensington teenager. Emily Sophia Lofgren, 18, was last seen leaving her Cushing Drive home around 9 p.m. on Monday. Investigators describe Lofgren as a 5-foot-5, 120-pound female with green eyes and brown hair. Police say she was last seen wearing a dark-colored dress, white leggings, a green jacket, and blue sandals. Anyone with information regarding Lofgren's whereabouts is asked to call the police's non-emergency 24-hour number: 301-279-8000. Callers may remain anonymous.
