•Need someone to start IMMEDIATELY. •Busy until 2023. FULLY booked throughout the year. We can guarantee you 40+ hours a week for the next 12-14 months. •Wages start at 20$ all the way to 50$ for an experienced crew leader/foreman. 20-23$ Laborer (little to no experience/must have driver license) 25-35$ Journey Man (Atleast 5+ years of experience in construction specifically remodeling. Understand framing extensively) 35-45$ Foreman (Ability to lead a group of 3 people. Have a transportation. Tooled up is a plus. Be Professional at all times. Have a deep understanding of construction methods and codes) Looking for a foreman but also for a worker that has experience enough to understand what's going on and we can trust him some tasks, we won't be asking you to build the whole house, no. We just want a person that we can trust to leave at the jobsite with a helper and he will deliver. Clean cut, PLEASE. Ideal candidate must be professional and is looking to grow in the industry, If you are the person we are looking for we will be generous and offer you a plan for the future. Must have some ability to manage and give directions to workers If needed, looking for someone to start as soon as possible and is ready to work starting Monday. Must have experience in: FRAMING FOUNDATIONS SIDING DRYWALL FLOORING INSTALLING CABINETS FINISH CARPENTRY AND ALL PHASES OF REMODEL. •High School Diploma •Needs to know how to use a phone and learn how to use BUILDERTREND construction software to upload daily pictures, daily notes, concerns and more. •10+ years of related work experience is required. •I don't need just a random person, I need an individual that carry's himself with professionalism, that has a great work ethic and most importantly responsible. The right individual will show up every morning between 8-9AM and greet customers (If you see him/her) in the morning to start a day of work, we want this Individual to embrace the company's values and show a great attitude. Nobody wants to work on a site where the stress is a thing of everyday, we want to have fun at the site while at the same time we understand that we are professionals and we love what we do.
