With our new way of life, people are taking up ways to stay active or are not as active as pre-virus. New injuries are cropping up or old ones are resurfacing.
Are you finding that the old exercise program started is no longer having an effect on improving your mobility? Do you find it more difficult to take those hikes, bike, play tennis, dance, or weed out your garden? Then why should your exercise program be any different? If you aren't changing the program to how your body is changing, it will be ineffective.
