Sara contacted me about pain she was having in her hip. She has been doing the same exercises for years, but now they are not working and actually have created pain in her hip so she can't walk.
Muscles get complacent just like us and doing the exact same exercises does not make them stronger, particularly as our bodies change.
Pilates is a different way to exercise those muscles. It confuses them and then teaches them how to react to prevent injury.
Sara joined the class and told me how much stronger she is feeling and no longer has pain.

The series will run from September 9th - October 7th from 12-1. It is a 5 week series I will do with you on Zoom. I will send you the link and all you have to do is click on it and then join with computer audio.
Cost is $145 for the 5 weeks.
