Juliet is a cute and athletic senior German Shorthair Pointer mix with an estimated birthdate of 04/06/2012. She was transferred to the Mission from North Utah Valley Animal Services. Juliet is still settling in, but as of now, she's a work in progress on basic skills, seems to be house trained, knows sit, and is doing ok with leash training and crate training although she's reluctant to enter the crate. We don't know much about Juliet's background, so it's hard to say what her past life was like. Juliet has not enjoyed the company of the other animals in her foster home so far, so unless things change as she relaxes in a new environment, she may be best suited as an only pet. She is still athletic and capable, so would love a household that can still get her out for an adventure now and then, or even just for a nice neighborhood walk a few times per week. She seems uncertain of new things, so would be best in a home without infants or toddlers. Juliet loves snuggling and would be a perfect Netflix and chill companion. Her ideal future could be with someone retired who just wants a household companion or with a family with older kids/a couple or single person seeking to add a quadrped to daily life. Juliet comes spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and dewormed. Her adoption fee is waived as she is a senior, and includes her leash, collar, ID tag, original paperwork and a food sample. She is currently located in Mead, WA and can be transported to you at no cost.
