“Good Form” is an instructional group training course that will teach you the appropriate form when exercising. All fitness levels welcome!
Motive
As leaders in the Michigan fitness community, we pride ourselves on teaching our clients more than the basics when it comes to training. Training is very intentional. Each exercise and each repetition counts!
With this 6-week program, we want to ensure that your body is moving the right way whether you play a sport, are working with a coach or training on your own. Good form matters no matter what you are training for!
