Updating an unoccupied condo Sun April 10th and need to wrap up some things to get moving faster on project. Work includes: Installing cement board in bathroom, interior painting, cutting out & replacing some sub-floor areas & sheetrock areas, installing shoe moulding, some trim carpentry, etc. Must be experienced and able to do quality renovation work. Not looking for someone to learn on the job pls. (-: Materials provided and I have all tools needed. Location is in Mount Pleasant across from Towne Center. $25/hr cash.
