Hello!
Are you interested in serving, bartending, prepping, cooking/grilling because you love good food, want to support regenerative farms and stack extra cash on dates that work for you? GREAT!
We are a bespoke farm-to-table catering and events company in high demand, born on the western slope on our own farm, inspired by the good of the earth, good company and our friend's fields- and we have just moved (back)to Boulder. We serve Boulder and surrounding areas, Ridgway/Ouray/Telluride, Steamboat, Moab and occasionally elsewhere.
We collaborate with farms for farm dinners & wine makers for wine dinners, we put on own own events, we stay busy with weddings and private parties and meet amazing people in the process.
We are looking to add to our crew of motivated food & farm geeks/service industry professionals- and excited folks looking to learn a new skill from two Lady Chefs who love what they do. Work as much as you like or pick and choose the dates that work for you. Our season is mid-May through October with more coming in the off season too. We prep mostly on Fridays and work events primarily on weekends- schedule depending. We pay for travel when events are far and we compensate well for the hard work service demands-plus tip sharing. If we travel we all have a fun airbnb in a beautiful place, or stay local to your home for events close by if that is what you prefer.
We need servers (do you also want to arrange flowers at events? make bouquets? have an eye for design?) and bartenders- we also are looking for a core kitchen staff for prepping and events. Our speciality is asado (open fire cooking) and would love someone passionate about learning this lifetime skill- to cook slow, over a fire with strength and intention.
