Description
Dear Neighbors, Conservative organizers are hosting a CHD3 (Colorado House District 3) meeting for all interested persons. We will discuss a strategy for the Republican HD3 candidate. We will talk about options for people to get involved, from poll watching, envelope stuffing, sign waving, social media contributor, walking with candidates, and more. Find out if you are in CHD3: Please join us at the Southglenn Library on Thursday, April 14 at 6:30 p.m. Southglenn Library is west of Easter and University at 6972 South Vine Street, Centennial, CO 80122. Show up at 6:00 p.m. for networking. There is plenty of free parking available. The Colorado Republican Assembly commenced at the World Arena in Colorado Springs, April 9, 2022. It was a very uplifting day for some because the state party recognized election integrity (EI) as an important issue. The chairperson, Kristi Burton Brown and others talked about it freely and prioritized it. This happened because citizens spoke out. For those who have given up on politics or who recently engaged, Republican Party leaders across the country have been ignoring or refuting the claims that election methods need an overhaul. While there are some who want the 2020 to be rectified, most voters just want future elections have integrity. Most of us want to move on, with balloting procedures being made as open and infallible as possible. The EI candidate, Ron Hanks garnered almost 40% of the votes for the Colorado US Senate seat race through the assembly process. Hanks' grassroots effort beat out five other candidates, some having deep pockets and impressive connections. Hanks will go on to the primary at the end of June, against fellow Republican Joe O'dea, who petitioned onto the ballot by gathering signatures. Ex-mayor of Parker, Greg Lopez and sitting University of Colorado Regent, Heidi Ganahl will battle it out in the June primary for the Republican governor's slot on the November ballot. This is Lopez's second try in a primary race. Ganahl has been elected statewide several times. She has served as a CU Regent since 2017. Tina Peters and Mike O'Donnell will compete for the Republican nomination for the (SoS) Colorado Secretary of State position in a primary race. Peters is the controversial Clerk and Recorder of Mesa County who documented the status of voting machines in 2020. Mike O'Donnell is an Australian, naturalized US citizen who works in finance for small businesses. Both O'Donnell and Peters have become experts about the most current Colorado SoS voter database and can speak about its issues with specific examples. If you cannot make the meeting this week, please join us at a HD3 happy hour on Sunday, April 24 at Brew-ability. We will gather around 4:00 p.m. There is a large free parking lot directly to the east, with a walkway that leads directly to the brew pub. Brew-ability is located at 3445 South Broadway Boulevard, Englewood, CO 80113. Conservatives and Republicans are stepping up. The numbers of new participants are impressive, if not record breaking. If you want to keep up with our events and communications check out, our email list, and calendar. The state of Colorado is awake, not woke. Walk-away is gaining momentum. All are welcome to join us. Not sure if you are in CHD3? You can look up all your voting geographics at with the Colorado Secretary of State: Come meet us at one of our events!
