Here are the top 3 stories in Charleston today: Two people were killed in an early-morning crash on Sunday and a man was arrested in connection to the crash. Charleston County deputies arrested Jose Ramirez-Sandoval, 29, on two counts of felony DUI resulting in death. Crews responded to a serious traffic crash on Highway 165 near Shilelagh Oaks Parkway in the Ravenel area. (Live 5 News WCSC) All occupants and several pets were rescued from a duplex fire in West Ashley on Saturday night. The Charleston Fire Department said crews responded to the fire that was located off Skinner Avenue at about 10:00 p.m. The cause of the fire is under investigation, but no one was injured. (WCBD News 2) Police in Charleston are searching for two 13-year-old girls who were last seen at about 6:00 p.m. Thursday. Nyasia Fludd and Dynastee Smalls were last seen near Man and Brownswood Roads. One girl was wearing black pants, a blue shirt, and boots, while the other girl was wearing a tie-dye hoodie, black shorts, and athletic slides.
