Press release from Portland Public Schools: April 8, 2022 Hello PPS Special Education Students & Families, "Portland Public Schools, Youth Transition Program in collaboration with Easter Seals of Oregon, Meadowlark and Community Services Network, are pleased to announce that our 2nd Annual Virtual Special Education Transition Resource Fair is open for registration! This event will take place on April 26 and 27 from 6 to 8 p.m. This year the event will focus on post-secondary community and social services agencies that support transition into adulthood. Employment, Social Security, Special Needs Planning, Supported Decision Making, Training Programs, College Programs and SO MUCH MORE!
