Needing College Student Type for Weekly Outside Labor

I am in need of a college male student to help and assist with primarily outside fix up and clean up etc. While hours may vary to some degree I would like to have someone that can put 2-3 hours together per week. I am flexible and can work around school hours. I will pay $25 per hour with incremental for over hourly. Examples of work involved can be: general yard clean up (not mowing), bagging leaves, flower bed arrangement, fencing repair, some posts replaced, moving yard furniture, some watering of yard, trimming limbs, washing outside windows, some digging or transplanting, power washing porch and drive etc. etc. No inside house work is necessary unless replacing or fixing something. Times could vary per week but would prefer 2-3 hours each visit. Pay will be $25/hr. Would like to have someone for these hours for the next several weeks.
