  We are seeking  Supervisors for our Client in Racine, WI for all three shifts! 1-5 years experience in a warehousing, distribution or production environment Strong supervisory, management, or leadership background Bachelors or Associates degree preferred Effective oral and written communication skills Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Problem solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong attention to detail Strong work ethic, ability to multitask A competitive and career oriented mindset Flexibility in schedule to meet customer demands Direct supervision of clerical and labor staff Coordination and supervision of day-to-day production and cross-dock operations Management of quality and safety compliance, as well as company policies and procedures Interacting with the customer on a daily basis, and ensuring customer satisfaction Production of various reports related to quality, safety, timeliness, staffing, maintenance, and discrepancies Other tasks delegated by the customer and/or Facility Manager #CR
