RAMSEY – A New Jersey highway was closed on Friday morning after a crash and downed wires, officials said. Injuries and a downed pole were reported in the crash on Route 17, which was closed in both directions in the area of Franklin Turnpike in Ramsey. A box truck went into a pole at a car dealership. All lanes were closed and detoured. Major, 25-30 minute delays was reported all the way to Mahwah. This is a developing story. Patch will have more information as it comes in.
