Need Handyman to install ceiling fan

Hi, I currently have a pull chain ceiling fan that has wall control (one switch for fan and the other for light). I'd like someone to install a new pull chain fan that has the same wall control capabilities that I have now where fan and light are split. I'd like to have this done on Friday April 15th at 10:15am. It's an Airbnb, so please be experienced enough that you know you can complete it quickly in about 2hrs or less because I have guests checking in that day. Please let me know what you would charge for the project, thanks!
