A five course Veganizer tasting menu by Chef Cameron Dunlap of Morchella centered around Blue Evolution seaweed grown in the Pacific Ocean and foraged ingredients from the Pacific Northwest. A portion of ticket sales will benefit Growing Gardens. Choose between a 6pm and 8pm reservation. $90 per person. Optional $45 wine pairing. A la carte seaweed cocktail specials.
