Found Small White Dog in National City

Found white small elder dog. Looks mixed with Chihuahua and maybe small lab. Hes limping and seems to have some Arthritis in his back and legs. He might also be blind or have cataracts. Hes scared and looking for his family. We found him crossing the street by D Ave in National City he almost got hit by a car. We could see he was struggling to walk so we brought him home, gave him a silk pillow to sleep on, food and water. Oh, he is house trained too. Would love to find his family.
