Need help with cats...

Hi. Im feeding cats a lot. My neighbor had a stroke two years ago and I am helping her get by.... I live in Oroville and one cat has fleas and ticks... The rest don't get much attention so at least im feeding her cats because of her medical illness she cannot afford to care for her own cats I need wet food, and dry food plus one good flea collar would be appreciated.
