Looking for a drummer for a prog rock/metal band

Hello. I'm currently recording my second full length album for my prog rock/metal project. I'm looking for a drummer to record and play this material (and potentially older/newer) in the coming future. I'm not looking for a hired gun but an actual member of a group. I'm pretty open minded when it comes to suggestions but Have a strong vision of what this should mostly sound like.
