This is a separate, single-room building in our backyard: • excellent soundproofing and internal sound features (great for recording) • private entrance, own patio • ductless A/C and heat (no outside sound-bleed) • bathroom with shower • safe neighborhood with easy parking • very nice landlords :) (my wife and I live in the house at the front of the property) • dimensions: 19’ x 11’ (including bathroom/closet); 16’ x 11’ (main room) I’m open to renting the space to a full band, but it’s probably not great for frequent practicing or exceptionally loud music. The soundproofing works well, but we do ask for relative “quiet time” between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. Note: the space will be empty when rented.
