We are looking for a skilled Landscape Crew Leader to join our small team. This position will be hired as an independent contractor; hours/work available will ebb and flow depending on the season and client load. Must have: - Minimum (3) years professional landscaping experience. - Reliable transportation - most of our work is in Northern Colorado, but we do have clients all along the Front Range. - Exceptional communication and organizational skills. - Superior work ethic and dependability. - Ability to work on a team and individually. - Preferred experience working with heavy equipment (i.e. skid loaders, mini-loaders, mini-excavators, etc.) - Knowledge of local plants and/or ecological gardening is a plus but not required. - Knowledge of residential irrigation is a plus but not required.
