Just spotted two little dogs running in SW Albany

15th SW near Broadway, Albany OR

Description

Two small dogs, one tan and one black and white with a leash dragging behind were running east on 15th AVE SW, 4/10 at 11:09 AM. By the time I threw my slippers on to run and see if I could coax them to me, they were gone. No people on the street behind them that may have dropped the leash. I sure hope they make it home.
