Established property management company is seeking for a full-time Affordable Apartment Maintenance Technician. The properties are located in Minneapolis and St. Paul. If you have the skills, we would like to meet you! Job Responsibilities include but not limited to: • general apartment maintenance • complete plumbing repairs – leaks, clogs, replace faucets • basic electric repairs-change light fixtures, outlets, GFI • appliance repairs • heat-zone valve replacements when needed for baseboard heat • replace locks and cylinders • some sheetrock repairs • apartment turns Minimum Requirements: • 2-3 years of experience in apartment maintenance • Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement), proof of vehicle insurance • cell phone with texting capabilities • own hand tools • Good customer service skills • Good verbal, written and communication skills • be a self-starter • able to lift 50-75 pounds, bend & crawl into small areas, such as under sinks • rotating on-call with other maintenance techs.
