Hello all. Just moved down to Raleigh from DC after previously living in CT. Grew up playing music and self-taught myself on bass. Been playing for about fifteen years over a few different genres, but generally rock/alternative/pop punk/punk/some heavier stuff has been my mainstay. A few artists I love and have been most influential are: RHCP, Green Day, Blink-182, Tool -among others. I’ve taught myself songs that are more pop, some older R&B/funk, some hip hop songs, indie, prog/metal, really anything that catches my ear I’ll try to learn. More recently I contributed some bass lines to a project two of my friends worked on with an experimental indie EP. Really down to contribute to just about any kind of band/project although country isn’t my forte or a genre I’ve listened to. Always down to meet up for a jam and take a listen to any songs in the works. Would be happy to talk to anyone interested in working with or in need of a bassist.
