Exterior - prep; scraping and sanding on and off ladders, priming using latex/oil based primer, caulking, window covering with plastics, Painting; use of sprayer, brushing/rolling Interior - Prep; patching, skim coating, sanding, wallpaper and popcorn removal, Painting; Edging and rolling, spraying Pressure washing Job specification; Minimum of 5 years of painting experience and must be verifiable Ability to work alone or with others and completing tasks In a timely manner Ability to use ladders of different sizes Punctual Drivers license and a vehicle Reliable means of communication while on site Respectful of others Pay is based on experience Painter helper minimum of one year experience.
