Our company is seeking a lead mechanic at our renewable energy facilities in Western, MA. We are a growing renewable energy company with more than 20 facilities looking for a motivated and independent individuals to assist us in keeping the electricity flowing. This position can be part-time or full-time for the right candidate. A qualified applicant will have a desire to work with machinery, industrial operations, and perform mechanical work. We are willing to train the right candidate. Work is highly independent and requires an individual take care of issues on their own at various hours of the week. The mechanic will be tasked with keeping the plants operational, reporting issues to management, entering data, and fixing problems ahead of time. This is a mechanical position, work is outside, and heavy lifting is required at times. Some travel to nearby facilities is required.
