need fence moved back

I need my fence moved back to the red line. My deck is kinda in the way so I’m hoping whomever replies also knows how to work around this issue. Looking to hire ASAP. Hope to reuse some of the wood. I was told I just need to buy new posts and the panels itself can be reused. Please reply with how much you will charge me for this job.
