Looking for an experienced, reliable, easy-to-work-with professional to handle drywall repair jobs in the Colorado Springs metro area. Drywall has been removed to repair broken water pipes and now the holes need patching, mud, tape, texture, and paint. Most of the repairs, but not all, are ceiling repairs. Some repairs are small, some repairs are large. There is no way of predicting the size of the jobs. I will provide all the materials necessary: mud, tape, texture, and paint. You provide the experience and labor. Pay is $25/hour cash paid at the end of each job. If the work is good, professional, and done in a timely manner there will be an increase in the hourly wage after the first three jobs. I’m sick and tired of people telling me that they want to work, only to have them fail to show up as promised, with a long list of (BS) reasons why they couldn’t do the work. I’m looking for someone serious about working and earning some money. You must have your own tools and reliable transportation. I want to hire someone who has experience, is good at the drywall trade, who wants to work, who is proud of their work, and who wants to get paid in cash right away.
