Youth Injured In Sledding Accident: Brookfield Firefighters

BROOKFIELD, CT — Firefighters responded to a report of a sledding accident at Brookfield High School on Sunday. Emergency Medical Services and firefighters from the Brookfield Volunteer Fire Company removed one injured youth from the hill in the rear of the school. The youth was taken to Danbury Hospital for evaluation. Firefighters said this was the third time in as many days they needed to their Ranger 1 UTA to navigate in the snow.
