I have an older 10 x 10 storage building behind my house. SW Ft Worth. It has no value. Nothing to really salvage. 30 years old. I want it gone, willing to pay. Lightweight aluminum and wood structure. Has a roof. Tearing down is easy (all bolts rusted.) But I want it hauled off, and the hauling off is important. yes, there will be some metal to recycle, but of very little value. Homeowner will be present at all times. You can back a trailer up to area, within 20 feet of work site. Electricity available. Flat fee.
