Description

Izzy was a list bird at the bird rescue my daughter and volunteered at last year. She's so sweet, we fell in love with her and adopted her. Unfortunately, my daughter was diagnosed with autism in July and in order to get her to the special education school and other therapeutic appointments she needs, we are rarely home. We would love to find a new home for Izzy where there is someone available to spend a little time with her each day. She's very social and enjoys being with people. We are charging a rehoming fee of $150 and we will need to meet you first if you're interested to make sure it's really a good fit. The cage and all her food and toys are included of course. Her cage is large in order to give her plenty of space to spread her wings. We would want her to stay in her large cage if possible which does require a decent amount of floor space. She doesn't talk. When she makes noise it's more of a little squawk. Sometimes she sings when she's very happy which is cute. Cockatiels are messy! You need to be okay with cleaning in and around her cage at least one per week. If you're interested in coming by to meet Izzy, please email or text me with the days/times you're available to meet her at our house near 83rd avenue and Happy valley Rd.
