Help! Found two fur babies

Black lab and a brown and white beagle mix.. both females. Both are very sweet. They were running around in the neighborhood and we didn't want the to get hurt.. we tied up an took looking for owner. As of now no luck. But they can't stay with us we already have two dogs.. they are train no microchip,no tags. If the owner doesn't reach out by Monday I will have to call animal control as all rescue places are full and can't take dogs in.
