Move everything from my garage to storage unit

Reply with your experience or qualifications. Moving skills required, packing skills a plus. Need two people to move boxes, shelves, lamps, etc. to air-conditioned storage via my U-Haul. Monday morning 7am. Probably 6-8 hours each.
