Rehoming small female dog

I adopted a small female dog from the humane society for my social 9 yr old Italian greyhound. They give each other anxiety so its not working out despite almost a year together. Estella is 17.5 lb house trained, loves her person but fear of dogs. Does have mistrust of men at first. She is affectionate, loves her walks, is a very good girl,low maitenance. She is utd on veterinary care,teeth cleaning & spade. She was scared of toys at first but loves to fetch & tug of war now. Not a puppy but young maybe six. Best guess rat terrier beagle as she is talkative when excited or playing. I would prefer to do a home visit and a few meet n greets before going home with you to make sure its a good match.
