CA AB2223 passed on 4/5/22. This means a child can be killed from birth to 2 yrs old, potentially, without involved parties being criminally prosecuted and an investigation would not be permitted by the coroner. Nor would he be permitted to use verbage such as "homicide" on the death certificate. Now, proponents of the bill say this is not to expand abortion access to include infanticide, but that's exactly what it does. It decriminalizes the intentional death of a child during the perinatal period which includes children born alive at 22 weeks gestation up to 1 year after the child's birth and in some cases up to 2 years depending on the courts interpretation of "perinatal". Abortion used to be horrific and heinous. Now, our society has been conditioned to believe it is a simple medical procedure to remove an inconvenient pregnancy. Over the years access has progressed and we as a people have accepted it. A lie is still a lie even if everyone believes it. The truth is still the truth even if no one believes it. The lie is that abortion is reproductive health with little to no consequence. The truth is that it is sanctioned, legal murder against the most defenseless of us and Carry's emotional, physical and eternal consequences. At 6 weeks gestation, a baby's nervous system begins to develop and they show signs of sensory, responding to touch. They can feel. By 13 weeks gestation the baby's nervous system is completely developed, meaning they feel everything. Every sensation. Every bit of pain. Abortions are brutal torture and the baby feels it all while it's being dismembered piece by piece. Don't let the pro choice proponents trick you with fancy, hand picked, deceptive verbiage meant to paint abortion as a positive and necessary procedure for women. It is not reproductive health, reproductive or healthy, it is not a womans right, it is not womans health care, not reproductive rights, not family planning. It is murder!! Excruciating murder!! Horror film type torture!! Call Congress and demand that it be repealed!!!
