U know the "in's and outs" of starting a daycare or pre-school?

I taught children from 3 to 10 years of age for a few years in Beijing and would love to figure out how to make a living doing it here. I live in North Long Beach and have the time to do it - just not the resources and/or know-how. If anyone would be interested in this sort of venture, let me know. TO BE CLEAR: It would NOT be a daycare where children would merely be warehoused... it would be an EDUCATIONAL environment. A 3-4 year old with me for 1 year will absolutely know the alphabet, basic CVC words, basic addition and subtraction and other basic skills. This knowledge will most definitely set a child apart from the rest when entering Kindergarten.
