Help! 2 week old kitten and mom ran away

My cat Abby had her first litter of kittens 2 weeks ago and there were 3 babies. Two of them died but the third was doing great until Abby snuck out the door this morning. She usually comes back within an hour or two but its been twelve hours and she still hasn't shown back up. I can't get this kitten to latch to a little bottle or a syringe and I know it needs to eat and get hydrated fast. I know that I should have had Abby spayed and not able to get outside until she was but I didn't and I don't want this baby to die because I was irresponsible. If anyone has experience in this I would greatly appreciate some advice or help more than you will ever know. Please email/call/text anytime and please don't flag my post! Thank you Taylor
