I need someone to: 1) install a monitor arm (to my solid wood desk and 32" monitor); and 2) execute a DIY ceiling-mounted clothing rack installation. Potentially other projects. Rate is per project, negotiable. Please provide qualifications either with a few sentence description of prior relevant experience, or if you have a resume/portfolio, that's fine also.
