Walkersville High School Class of 2012 alumni (and guests 21 or older) are invited to attend an enjoyable mixer at Brewer's Alley. Event Overview:Walkersville High School Class of 2012 alumni (and loved ones/family members 21 or older) are invited to attend an enjoyable (and alcoholic) mixer event at Brewer’s Alley in downtown Frederick (City). The event will take place from 4:00 pm, ET and last until 7:00 pm ET. Food will be included based on the number of tickets purchased and a full service bar will be available for drinks to be purchased on site. Important Information: RSVPs (ticket purchases) for this mixer event are due no later than April 17, 2022. I have reserved the Mayor's Office event space at Brewer's Alley for 3 hours (4:00 pm - 7:00 pm) on 6/25/2022 (the only available weekend date in June).The mixer's ticket price is $15 per person for food (menu options are detailed below). If we do not reach at least 33 confirmed RSVPs (ticket purchases), I will need to cancel our event space reservation. Context: Brewer's Alley has a $500 dollar food purchase requirement for each event (which is lower than many event venues in Downtown Frederick). As a result, we will need to have at least 33 RSVPs for at least the $15 dollar ticket confirmed in the next two to three weeks in order for this event to move forward. The sooner we reach the 33 minimum, the better. Please be prepared to pay for any alcoholic beverages that you wish to partake in, drink responsibly, and plan ahead to ensure you can return home safely. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased at the full-service bar on site. A maximum of 60 tickets can be sold (the Mayor's Room can hold up to 60 individuals total and 40 seated). Food & Ticket Options :$15.00 RSVP & Food Ticket - Barbeque In A Bun: Smoked Pulled Pork, Pulled Grilled Chicken Leg and Thigh, Creamy Coleslaw, and Slider Rolls$15.00 RSVP & Food Ticket - Wrapped Platter: Turkey Club Wrap, Chicken Caesar Wrap, Roast Beef and Swiss Cheese Wrap and Caprese Wrap$3.00 Optional Side Dish (NOT an RSVP): House Salad, Caesar Salad, Potato Salad, or Mediterranean Pasta Salad Alcohol: A variety of spirits, cocktails, and more will be available to purchase at a bar on site. Note: Details regarding masking or other COVID-19-related expectations will be shared closer to the date of the event based on the latest state, local, and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance.
