Meet Grass Root Designs at Blue Monkey Brewing on May 10th to learn how to assemble your own living moss terrarium! Self watering terrariums have the ability to thrive on their own with little to no care. When you give the right plant the right conditions, and the right amount of moisture, it will thrive on its own as an ecosystem. These miniature living worlds can surprise you with random growth that you didn't intend to have sprout. Some of these surprises may include mushrooms, clovers, weeds/ grass. It is fun to witness the life grow inside and to trim it to your liking when things start to grow wild! Meet us at Blue Monkey Brewing Co. on May 10th beginning at 6:30 PM to learn how to assemble your own! During this terrarium building workshop, your instructor Cory will guide you through the process of assembling and caring for your living creation! Each person will have a hands on experience as they play with different elements of nature such as soil, mosses, sand, rocks, decorative animal figurines, and more! If you have a special stone or miniature you would like to bring to add to yours, please do so! During the workshop we will be focusing on creating one terrarium in an enclosed container that will have variations in shape ! You will assemble the perfect ecosystem in which will thrive on its own once you find the perfect spot! Your ticket includes all materials, instructions/demo, and your first drink!
