Journey, discover, and explore on our annual bus tour! Join CREW Greater Akron for this year's Annual Bus Tour as we explore impactful projects in our community! This event not only highlights projects in various stages of development but also provides you with an opportunity for in-person tours and connections with fellow Commercial Real Estate professionals. We encourage you to kick-off your afternoon of networking and exploration with lunch at either R. Shea Brewing (540 S. Main Street, Suite 214, Akron, OH) or Missing Falls Brewery (540 S. Main Street, Suite 112, Akron, OH) prior to the event. YOUR TICKET ITINERARY: 11:45am: Arrival and "Check-In" R. Shea Brewing - Canal Place Downtown Free surface lot parking is available behind (west) of the building. 11:55am: Departure The bus promptly departs to begin the tour! 12:15pm: First Stop is Lock 3 Dan Rice, President and CEO of the Ohio and Erie Canalway Coalition and Chris Griffith, Lock 3 Coordinator will be present on the Akron Civic Commons project and upgrades to Lock 3 in the Lock 3 Common Space. 1:00pm: Second Stop is House Three Thirty We will visit the former iconic Akron landmark, The Tangier, to learn about its transformation into The LeBron James Family Foundation's, "innovative, multi-use facility for and by I PROMISE families". 2:15pm: Third Stop is The Goodrich Here we will learn the story of The Goodrich: its past, its present, and its impact on the future of Akron as we tour this brand new apartment building where, "sophistication, style, and comfort collide to bring you the ultimate living experience." 3:30pm: Fourth and Final Stop is R. Shea Brewing As our last stop that brings us back to where we began, we will tour the brewery and learn about the journey of R. Shea Brewing. Join us for Happy Hour following the tour! Appetizers will be provided. SPECIAL NOTE: This event is open to CREW Greater Akron Members ONLY until April 19th. WE EXPECT THIS EVENT TO SELL OUT FAST! Registration will open to other Commercial Real Estate Professionals on April 20th. The tour is limited due to bus capacity.
