Full body workout starting April 9th and every Saturday until April 30th, from 10:00 am - 11:15 am .
This workout class will be a mix of weightlifting and stretching. I’ll go over form, breathing, dynamic warm-ups, and everything you need to feel confident working out on your own!
Bring a positive mindset, a towel, and be ready to challenge your mind and body! Water will be included!
