Join us in the garden at Myers Middle School for tours, demonstrations and tastings from some fabulous local eateries. (RAIN DATE May 5) The all-volunteer Vegetable Project will host its fifth annual Evening in the Garden at Myers Middle School. The event is FREE. Pot up pansies for Mothers Day gifts, enjoy live music by Myers students and teachers and sample tastes from local restaurants. Established in 2009, the Vegetable Project builds teaching and learning around doing ad touching and tasting and experiencing. Learn more about our work with kids in Albany schools. The food will be great! On hand will be Honest Weight Food Co-op as well as culinary students from Albany High School's Abrookin Career & Technical Center. Check back for updates on more providers.
