Take a walk through history and experience the continuing American stories as illuminated by the active, vibrant Pullman neighborhood! Get outdoors and enjoy a guided tour of the Historic Pullman District on May 1st as we kick off our first Sunday of the Month walking tours! These monthly tours explore how Pullman town and its people played an important role in the development of American industry, rail innovation, urban design, and the labor movement. Guided tours are available to the public on the first Sunday of the month, from May through October. Tours begin at the Pullman Exhibit Hall at 11141 S. Cottage Grove Ave, Chicago, IL. Tours depart the Exhibit hall at 1:30 p.m. and last about 90 minutes. Visit our Events calendar for more information and learn more about Pullman history here. For tour reservations call 773-785-8901. If no one's available, leave your name & phone number and pay at the door. First Sunday of the Month Guided Walking Tours run May through October. The guided tour lasts about 90 minutes and cost $15.00 for adults, $10.00 for seniors & students. Tours are limited to 10 people per group.
