Invitation to the Traditional Swearing-In Ceremony of the Asantefuohene and Asantefuohemaa of Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Texas, USA. On behalf of Asanteman Association of Dallas - Fort Worth, Texas, USA, I would like to invite you to be our Special Guest at the Swearing-In of Nana Akompreko Kwame Agyapong, the new Asantefuohene and Nana Pokua Ahwenie, the new Asantefuohemaa of the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex (Chief and Queen-mother of Asantes). This will be a two-2 day event, which will be taking place at the Marriott Hotel, 4151 Centreport Drive, Fort Worth, TX, 76155, May 28th and May 29th 2022. The Swearing-In event will be held on Saturday May 28th followed by a Fundraising and Dinner Dance on Sunday May 29th , all at the Marriott Hotel. Funds raised at this event will be used to acquire an Arts and Cultural facility in the DFW Metroplex. The Asanteman Association is a non-profit organization founded to bring together Ghanaians of the Asante ethnic group in the diaspora and others who are interested in Asante culture and traditions, and also to assist in the social and economic development in USA and Ghana.
