USBG Indianapolis April Member's Meeting featuring Diageo Master Educator Rasmus Just with rapid ISI Tanqueray infusions. (hands-on class) Please join the USBG Indianapolis Chapter and the Diageo Hospitality Partnership on April 27th for the monthly members meeting at Tinker House Events starting at noon. During the meeting we will be participating in a hands on and interactive workshop surrounding the world of gin with master educator and ISI rapid infusions. The Gin Workshop is designed as a deep dive into the category of Gin. Attendees will learn, through the vehicle of Tanqueray, which botanicals create what flavors. We will pull apart the layers of gins flavors by blind tasting a selection of gins. Finally, attendees will then take what they have learned and make their own spirit. This culminates with pairing the correct tonic with the gin, which leads into the social hour. This interactive workshop will be led by Diageo Master Educator Rasmus Just. Rasmus Just is an internationally known brand ambassador and cocktail personality. With 17 years of global hospitality experience, Rasmus started his industry career as an Owner/Manager of a hospitality group in Denmark which included running two Cuban cocktail bars as well as major events and festivals. Then, he turned his considerable talents to the Diageo Portfolio where he has been the US National Scotch Educator, a Senior Reserve Consultant in Miami, a Senior Diageo Reserve Ambassador in the Nordics (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Iceland), and a Zacapa Ambassador for Diageo Scandinavia.
