My husband and I have mobility scooters. When we were out on Thursday: April 7, 2022, my husband lost his jacket somewhere between Ash Creek Mobile Home Park on 17th Street in Independence, Oregon, to Mobility Access Options at 155 E Street in Independence. The jacket was hanging on the back of his mobility scooter. The jacket is waist length, black in color and has zippers (no buttons, or snaps). The jacket has some kind of fur lining inside. There was a car key, or a set of keys in one of the pockets. My phone number is and ask for Rita.
