iso small breed dog WILLING TO TRAVEL

Looking to add a small dog to our family. Any age, preferably older / past the puppy stage. either gender is fine. Preferably under 10 lbs. Needs to be Good with kids. Cats and my mellow elderly dog. My kiddo is young but have been raised around dogs and know not to step, hit, or chase the dogs and cats. My other dog is a Lazy old lab. I have a care credit and my current dog is UTD and spayed. I have all her vet work and vet references. I'm a stay at home mom. I have rheumatoid arthritis in my knees so I don't go far from home except to grocery shop. Would be a companion for me sense I'm home so much. Willing to pay a fee but only in cash and in person. I've been scammed before! I'm more then willing to travel 2 hrs one way for the right dog
